Worship

Worship happens any time people genuinely meet with God.  At First Free we work hard to create a space on Sunday mornings for that to take place.  Not everyone has the same taste in worship style.  That’s why we’ve put together two different worship venues at First Free each Sunday morning.  You’ll get the same message series, just delivered in a different style.

Auditorium

Our worship in the auditorium is a blend of contemporary and traditional styles.   Worship teams along with musical ensembles, choirs and a live band create an atmosphere for participatory worship.  Pastor Bill Jones is the primary teaching pastor for these services.

Quest

Quest is the name for our worship service in the activity center.  In a smaller, more casual venue, worship teams, a live band and teaching pastor Kevin Hughes strive to create a space and worship time “where the skeptic, inquirer and the already convinced can find room and reason to believe, belong and be transformed.”

Whether it’s worship in the auditorium or in the activity center, First Free’s teaching pastors focus their messages on real life issues.  It’s not about religion - it’s about a relationship with God.  It’s not about pretending that we’re perfect – it’s about a perfect God who is willing to give His grace to grow us.
