Our Kid Connection Ministry Assistants are young leaders and catalysts on an enthusiastic team that passionately loves Jesus and kids.

Their primary responsibilities are to assist the KC Team as they coordinate Sunday morning ministry and ministry events, assist in leadership of volunteer team members, and serve our kids and families.

This is a summer-long position of approximately 15-20 hours per week with an option for renewal. The Kid Connection Ministry Assistant is part of the Kid Connection team and reports to the KC Team Lead. Hours during the week are flexible, with a couple required team meetings + Sunday mornings.

• Assist in planning and hosting Sunday morning services.
• Support the KC Team through administrative duties and other projects.
• Participate in small/large group teaching as needed. (We have opportunities for both up front and behind the scenes ministry.)
• Coordinate ministry teams as directed by the KC Team Lead.
• Engage in special events planning, setting up, and tearing down.
• Accept that at some point, you may be covered in foam, water, food, etc.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School or College Student, or recent graduate
• Familiar with Google Suite (or willing to learn Google Suite)
• Exhibits ability to manage and organize tasks
• Strong communications skills
