Local outreach

Our Local Outreach Ministries coordinate all of our efforts for serving in our community. They challenge our people to think beyond themselves and engage in spreading the good news.

Back to School Fair

At our annual Back to School Fair, we open our doors to our neighbors who need assistance getting their school supplies. We collect supplies year-round.

The Cup of Nations soccer tournament is an amazing opportunity to connect with immigrants in St. Louis through soccer.

Bless the families of Missouri inmates who have turned their lives around through a relationship with Jesus! Volunteers are needed to help with Angel Tree each December.

Oasis International

First Free sends volunteers to Oasis on the first Saturday of each month to clean, paint, garden, and do whatever Oasis needs to serve its clients!

Chinese Christian Fellowship

Serve cross-culturally with the CCF at First Free and reach the Chinese community in St. Louis with the gospel.

Our English as a Second Language classes meet each week from September to May and provide non-English speakers a safe place to connect with others and learn English.

Impact the lives of Chinese students studying in St. Louis. Volunteers are needed to participate in English Bible studies, build relationships, and encourage students.

Restore STL Workday

Workday Team Volunteers meet on the second Saturday morning of each month. First Free volunteers help with specialized repairs, restorations, and lawn maintenance.

Our Crisis Response Team serves the physical and spiritual needs of those impacted by natural disasters in our church, community, nation, and abroad.

Ironton Family Mission Trip

Spend a week in Ironton, MO to help bring the message of Christ to children through a free VBS-type day camp experience. This trip is designed for the whole family.

The OCC team facilitates the packing of Operation Christmas Child shoebox gifts for First Free Church and organizes Collection Week each November.

Willing Hands

Join our Willing Hands team and provide help with yard work and home maintenance for widows, elderly, and anyone else who needs assistance.
