First Free Church is seeking a Custodial Supervisor to help lead the daily care and readiness
of our 185,000 sq. ft. campus. This is a hands-on leadership role where your work directly
supports ministry and helps create a welcoming environment for thousands of people each
week.

This is a full-time, hourly (non-exempt) position of approximately 40 hours per week. This position reports to the Facilities Director.

● Some evenings and weekends required
● Sunday availability as needed

● Lead and support the custodial team in daily operations
● Ensure high standards of cleanliness across the campus
● Coordinate and execute room setups and resets for events and ministries
● Review schedules (Planning Center) to prepare spaces in advance
● Conduct routine walkthroughs to ensure quality and readiness
● Assist with cleaning and setups as needed—leading by example
● Manage custodial supplies and equipment
● Communicate clearly with the Facilities Director and ministry teams

● Experience in custodial, facilities, or building services (2+ years preferred)
● Previous leadership or team lead experience
● Strong work ethic and attention to detail

● Ability to stay organized and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
● Positive attitude and ability to lead a team well
● Ability to perform physical work (lifting, standing, walking throughout shift)
